Her ordinary days are shattered when her long-lost brother reappears, entangling her in a desperate scheme that threatens her reputation and peace. But the true test comes with the sudden, tragic news of Kikunojō’s illness. As whispers of his fate spread through the city, Osen must confront not only the relentless demands of her admirers and manipulative family but also the raw, forbidden longings of her own heart.
