| Summary | Kare, a man adrift in a desolate city, finds solace only in his own tormented mind, fixating on vulgar advertisements and fleeting glimpses of women. His nights are spent aimlessly wandering the labyrinthine back alleys, a silent observer of life's bleak underbelly. But his detached existence is shattered by the enigmatic "Electric Girl"—a woman of unnerving pallor and strange, volatile properties. Kare is drawn to her uncanny presence, only to be confronted by the shocking news of her suicide jump from the city's towering landmark. Yet, soon after, he sees her again, undeniably alive, walking through the very streets from which she supposedly vanished. Is the city playing a cruel trick on his psyche, or has death itself become a mere illusion in this phantom metropolis. |
